Area of application

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the service provided by Brunner Limousine Service GmbH (hereinafter "VIP Driver by Brunner").

 

Reservation and contract conclusion

The reservation of a vehicle and chauffeur can be made by telephone, fax, e-mail or online using the reservation form.

The reservation is only valid and the contract concluded when the reservation has been confirmed in writing by VIP Driver by Brunner.

 

Prices and scope of the driving services

The prices for the services of VIP Driver by Brunner can be seen on the website brunnertrans.ch (all prices in Swiss Francs). They can be changed by VIP Driver by Brunner at any time without prior notice. Payments in EURO or US Dollar are possible. These are settled at the respective daily exchange rate.

The following services are included in the prices: Professional driver in suit and tie, vehicle in mint condition. Personal greeting. Fuel, vehicle and passenger insurance, vehicle maintenance, VAT (currently 7.7%).

The following services are not included in the prices: Additional hours and kilometres. Fees for parking, motorway, tunnel, ferry, telephone calls. Night surcharge from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. CHF 30 flat rate, weekend and holiday surcharge CHF 30 per day. Foreign value added tax. Chauffeur expenses: CHF 30 per meal (after 4 hours of service), accommodation (depending on the place of accommodation)

 

Hourly and daily flat rates

The prices include a certain number of hours and kilometres, which is indicated in each case. If this number is exceeded, additional hours and kilometres will be charged. The waiting time is calculated pro rata from the additional hours rate. The assignment begins with the departure in the garage in Zurich or Altenrhein and ends with the return to the garage. The journey to and from the garage is considered working time and working kilometres.

 

Cancellation costs

In the event of cancellation of a driving order after a definitive order has been placed, the following cancellation terms and conditions apply:

Limousines, vans and minibuses up to 7 persons

Within 48 hours before the start of the trip 50%.

Within 24 hours before departure + No Show (no-show) 100%

Minibuses from 8 persons and coaches

Up to 20 days before departure CHF 50

19-10 days before departure 10%.

9-4 days prior to departure 20%.

3-0 days before departure + No Show (no show) 100%.

 

Vehicles

The vehicles are as good as new and in mint condition. The booked vehicle category is guaranteed, but not a specific vehicle or vehicle model. VIP Driver by Brunner reserves the right to give the customer a free upgrade or, in exceptional cases, to provide a different, comparable vehicle model.

 

Tips

These are optional for the driver at the discretion of the customer, as a thank you for good service and friendly, attentive care.

 

Liability for unforeseen incidents

VIP Driver by Brunner assumes no liability in the event of force majeure. In particular by forces of nature, traffic jams, breakdowns, accidents, incorrect pickup or destination information by the customer or unforeseeable events that occur beyond our control.

 

Liability of the customer

All VIP Driver by Brunner vehicles are non-smoking vehicles. Exceptions are not tolerated. Dirt in the vehicles will be charged to the customer according to the cleaning effort.

 

Working time and rest period regulation

With regard to the necessary compliance with the legal regulations, in particular the Working Time and Rest Period Ordinance (ARV), it is necessary to employ a 2nd driver, depending on the programme. The maximum driving time of 9 hours and the maximum working and presence time of 13, (only in exceptional cases 15) hours per working day, may not be exceeded.

 

Complaints

If a trip or service is not satisfactory, complaints must be sent in writing to the following address no later than 8 days after the service has been provided Brunner Limousine Service GmbH, Flughafenstrasse 11, CH-9423 Altenrhein

Errors

VIP Driver by Brunnere makes every effort to keep its website as accurate and up-to-date as possible. Despite taking the greatest care, incorrect information or errors cannot be ruled out.

 

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions and contracts concluded on the basis thereof are subject exclusively to Swiss law, excluding the rules of private international law.

The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, except in those cases where the law on jurisdiction mandatorily prescribes a different place of jurisdiction.
